We started Heron Mediation to offer a viable alternative to silence, strife and the traditional legal system of winners and losers. To facilitate processes, environments and dialogue which accommodates understanding, healing and engaged problem-solving. This can afford parties the opportunity to discover common ground and explore mutually workable and sustainable solutions. We are of the belief that conversations are better than competitions.
