Every dispute, situation and circumstance differs. We therefore strive to tailor our mediation processes accordingly and are open to discuss an appropriate fee arrangement to suit your situation and budget.

Standard mediation package includes :

• A preliminary conference, which may be required to assist the parties in an exchange of information in advance of the mediation, identification of issues, agreement on the date and venue for the mediation;

• Our preparation eg. reading key documentation or statements from the parties;

• Incidental matters, eg. venue arrangements; and

• The mediation conference.

STANDARD TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

We are available to act as mediators on the terms outlined in our Mediation Agreement.

Disbursements

We are open to mediate at your premises or at the premises of one of the parties if appropriate. If room hire is required, it is charged at cost. If the mediation is out of the greater Copenhagen area, there may be room hire, travel and accommodation costs to be met by the parties.

We are happy to discuss these terms further alongside any required variations.
